REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

You can request a refund for nearly any unused purchase. Crina Bulprich will, upon request via crina.bulprich@gmail.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 14 days of receipt, and the product has not been used. Further details are available below, however, refund requests submitted outside of the outlined parameters will still be duly considered.

Returns

At Crina Bulprich, we encourage mindful purchasing. As each piece is unique and custom-made, returns for these items are not accepted. For unique or standard-custom items, they may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, at the expense of the client. The returned item must be in the same condition it was delivered, with the tag intact. Should these conditions not be met, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the returned item.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at crina.bulprich@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. You will be issued a full refund within a week of approval if you are eligible. Please note that custom-made garments are not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly request a minimum of seven (7) days from receipt of your item to carry out this process.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

If for any reason, Crina Bulprich is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal Services

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase of an unused product on Crina Bulprich within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as the product has not been custom-made.

For any purchased products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is by informing our customer support through crina.bulprich@gmail.com. If you do so, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from an agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Abuse

Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products not as a way to get free products. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.

No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Crina Bulprich’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Crina Bulprich and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Crina Bulprich with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crina Bulprich. The following is our Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside them: *TERMS OF SERVICE*.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

Crina Bulprich provides custom-made products, resulting in diverse processing times for each order. We offer free shipping for all our orders, utilising the services of Royal Mail 1st class for all our shipping within the UK, aiming to deliver orders within an estimated period of 1-3 days. It is important to note, however, that delivery times are not guaranteed.

For our customers based in Europe, we offer free international shipping. The exact delivery times will depend on the specific destination country, but we aim for delivery to occur between 10-30 business days after shipment.

All our products are securely packaged for shipping. It is worth mentioning that the courier assumes responsibility for any damage that might occur during transit, as per the applicable law.

Should there be any special shipping enquiries, or if there are concerns about the status of an order or delivery times, we encourage you to reach out to us at crina.bulprich@gmail.com.

When estimating the delivery timeframe, please consider both the time it takes for us to prepare your order and the shipping speed. Do bear in mind, however, that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

How long is the order processing time?

The processing of most orders commences as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorised, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Crina Bulprich. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during the checkout process.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently offer international shipping to European countries only. Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions concerning some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address. Kindly note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note that the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.

If the delay is longer than 30 days the customer is obliged to reach out to us in order to report a missing package. Crina Bulprich will, in turn, file a claim to the shipment carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, the customer will receive a full refund. However, if the carrier confirms that the package is still in shipment, the customer will relinquish their right to file a claim and wait for the package to be delivered.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please do not worry. We offer refunds or exchanges for damaged products, but you must open a refund ticket within 14 days of the receipt of the item. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Crina Bulprich.

What can I do if I am not available to pick up the package?

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated delivery time with you.
