Story.

Designed to complete The Yard Jacket as a matching set, or to be worn simply on their own. Made from the same durable, washed Japanese cotton-linen in deep indigo, they share the same quiet, practical spirit—built for easy everyday movement, working, and living.

Technical description.

Silhouette: Relaxed barrel-leg silhouette with an architectural cut that curves gently toward the ankle (photographed on a 175cm model)

Material: 100% Japanese cotton-linen blend in washed indigo—textured, breathable, and sturdy

Waist: 5 cm wide elastic waistband for an effortless, comfortable fit

Pockets: Practical side-seam pockets and two generous applied patch pockets at the back

Care: Machine wash delicate inside out at 30°C, or dry clean; line dry naturally

Made for you: Patterned, cut, and sewn to measure in my Lake District studio (custom length available upon request; please allow 2–3 weeks).
